The first squat I had EVER done in my life was done 1 month ago exactly. I squatted 95 lbs 5x5. I seriously could barely walk for 3 days after that.

Since then I have been bulking and doing the Christoph reutine religously. Today I ended my 5x5 squats at 195, which I know is SUPER weak but I'm pretty stoked about going up 100 lbs in a month!

Just wanted to share some of my progress. :)

6'1" I started at 158 lbs. Today (a month later) I'm at 172. I don't know if I've really gained that much weight or if its just that I'm constantly stuffed with food now

I'll get a picture of myself at 158.

Here I am at 158... I know I'm tiny, but do you think I have any potential to get big if I keep working hard?
