I have decided to start cutting ..... what should my meals look like?

    today so far i ate this

    11:00 am - protein shake, bannana, yogurt
    330 pm - foot long pepper chicken sub with mustard
    6:00 pm - chicken breast and cooked brocoli
    8:00 pm - protein shake


    iknow i need to eat 2 more smaller meals but i was at school all day and i slept in


    i was just wondering also what sort of breakdown in p/c/f i should be eating

    i plan on eating around 2500 calories a day

    also is it okay to eat potatoes or should i just try and limit carbs as much as possibe and then load on the weekend?

    my stats are

    5'10
    192

    i bulked clean until september and then ate like shit and got pretty soft around the stomach. So i firgure i may as well cut until summer

    Why do you take protein shakes if you are cutting? real food is so much better. :o

    so what would be a resonable diet then ???

    i was under the impression it was good to have protein shakes when cutting ?

    I'm interested in getting high protein/low carb meal ideas that won't cost an assload. :)

    hubby is 5'11.5 and looks "best" at 200+ he can't lose much under that before he actually gets sick.

    I think that its all relative. I have know some guys who look pretty good at 180-195lbs and are between 5' 10" and 6'. Others just looks skinny though, it seems to be pretty dependent on your body structure and how much of that weight is actually muscle.
    Personally I am 5' 8.5" and weigh around 210 when bulking and 185 when cutting. I am not a small guy though. Even when I am under 200lbs I still think I could stand to lose a little fat in the stomach area. I am by no means small though. Lifts are pretty high up there and my arms are over 17"

    I hate being short :(

    what is wrong with taking protein supplements if you are cutting?

    is it due to the calorie/filling up ratio that it provides?

    I know WAY too many good looking girls who are into guys 5'7"-5'11" who are like 150-170, who basically almost never work out. It's really :greddy:..

    True (except for the hair part :ugh: ).. but then again, girls mostly look at my gf and then give me the evil eye and bounce.
