    My fucking right wrist is shot to shit. Landing a right cross fucking kills. I feel like I have pussy wrists and a dirty slut but this could also be because I punch like a fucking TRUCK bro werd son

    I cant even punch with my right hand bare knuckle at all.

    Either this is a joke I dont get because I'm new, or you're a total moron.
    it the case of the latter (that means the second one) do knuckle pushups to train your wrists to be straight.

    i highly recommend masterbating at least 8 times a day. it'll build your wrist muscles as well as drain excess weight.

    learn to punch correctly, don't hit the bag bare knuckle :dunno: or if you're newer, just like anything else it'll take some time to get used to. probably a combination of all those things. if you're punching right, your wrist shouldn't get jacked up. i have the smallest little girl wrists and they're fine no matter how hard i throw.

    is it a sharp pain inside your hand/wrist?

    i get it too, i can't bench without gloves because of it, and when i open jars my hand feels like i'm stabbing it.

    i think its from using a computer mouse too much:greddy:

    I know what you mean though, couple weeks back I was trying to do those loopy Fedor punches while a little drunk. Got carried away and went into the wall. Knuckles swelled up pretty good.

    i have the same problem sometimes. i worked in automotive manufacturing for over a year doing the same repetitive task with 30 pound camshafts. loading and unloading the same part 200-300 times a day destroyed my wrists and elbow joints:wtc:

    I have the same problem on my left wrist but I fucked it up in BJJ about a month ago. Hurts like hell.

    :hsugh: I tape and wrap my hands. I hurt my wrist on the regular through tape, wraps, and 16 oz gloves.

    you punch with the front center of the knuckle of your pointer and middle fingers. Do this. Get MMA gloves and wraps but no tape and hit the bags for 15 minutes. If you have cuts on your second knuckle down the finger, the part that pokes out of the glove, towards the tip of the finger - than you are punching wrong. FIX IT BITCH.

    I have bad wrists from baseball, handstand pushups, and always landing on them to break my fall. I've jammed them quite often on the heavy bag and it sucks.
