    I'd PM him, but his inbox is full, so I'll post it here:


    1) When you say 2x12-20 on incline DB press, how do I decide how many reps to do between 12-20? I'm going for strength and mass, so I'm guessing closer to 12?

    2) I can't do pullups, so should I do pulldowns instead on Wednesday? If so, should I do a 5x5 format?

    3) What do you mean by this:

    4) For tricep extensions, should I be doing a BB skullcrusher, DB skullcrushers, or the cable pulldowns?

    I actually do tricep extensions, but I do them standing instead. Is it better to do them laying down? One arm at a time, 2 arms at a time, or both?
