I'm going for strength and mass, so I'm guessing closer to 12? 2) I can't do pullups, so should I do pulldowns instead on Wednesday? If so, should I do a 5x5 format? 3) What do you mean by this: 4) For tricep extensions, should I be doing a BB skullcrusher, DB skullcrushers, or the cable pulldowns? Thanks.
