I have a question about push presses v.hit a PR today

    Do you guys clean the BB into position or do you walk it off the rack? I've just been cleaning it into position since I can't press up more than I can clean, which is what I'm planning on doing until I'm able to press more than I can clean, unless you guys think that's a bad idea.

    Oh and the PR I hit today was 175x2 :wiggle:

    is push press like the press part of the clean and press? :)

    Haha, that's like the most confusing description of a push press I've read. I have no idea what that means. I just think of a push press as a military press with leg drive.

    Thanks...I'll try them in the rack next time around and see if I can do more weight. The routine I'm on right now doesn't provide much room for doing power cleans and push presses (in the rack), so I may end up sacrificing some strength potential for convenience/time's sake.
