I want to go work out. But is it worth it?
Stay home, other people don't want to get sick!
what if I don't really care about anyone else? Can I still be productive in the gym with a cold?
This topic only comes up every other day, just workout if you feel like it and don't, if you don't feel like it
no, made the cold worse
perfect time to take a couple days off.
chest cold, no. head cold, maybe but i'd take a couple days off
