I have a dull pain that extends from my tricep to the palm of my hand

    a dull sharp pain that extends from my right tricep to my right palm. its only slight in my forearm. its not agonizing by any means, very mild

    any reasoning?

    Where exactly is it at? Could be any number of nerves.

    i circled the area. that and the middle of my tri. the pain in sporadic, its not consistent

    Yeah, sounds like an aggravated nerve.. possibly tendonitis in your elbow. Go to a doctor though, especially if it persists.

    Looks like the area of inervation of the ulnar nerve which passes your elbow where your funny bone is. Did you hit your elbow really hard on anything lately? But that isn't consistant with it hurting in your tri too.

    nothing i can recall. ive just assumed i may have done something working out. the pain has lessened since i made the thread though
