    everything i'm finding is high fat, i'm assuming from peanut butter

    I have chocolate mint and banana flavor

    i just used his recipe part 2

    I used
    1/2 TBSP Peanut Butter
    2 scoops of oats (nature's promise)
    1 scoop of banana protein :yum:
    I threw 2 almonds and 2 macadamia nuts in there
    Touch of honey
    Dab of water to help mix it

    I ground up the oats and nuts

    Put them in the mixing bowl with the protein powder and the PB, then threw some honey on them. Just mix mix mix, and some a lil' water, mix mix mix, water, mix mix mix till the consistency came out right

    Then I formed them how he did in the video

    you guys crack me up with using milk like its some kind of miracle nectar. use water. if your that hard up for some protein. carry a chicken tit in a bag. real food is better than a shake.
