The day after leg day fucking hurts. Never fails.
Rub some dbol on it and walk it off.
so do it twice a week
walking up the stairs to class is like doing mini lunges after leg day. I'm out of breath by the end.
4 flights of stairs in my brownstone. I don't even own a car, I walk everywhere. Fuck.

I went strong last night, felt great today, took a nap. Im very stiff and can barley move. Every time I push myself Im sore as shit the next day, but thats what I go to the gym for, to get stronger . . . and I FUCKING LOVE IT
Living in a large urban city I do a shit-ton of walking and that always kills after a leg day. Luckily my University has an elevator around every corner and after 10min of walking my legs actually feel better and less sore.

if this is something you think that is funny or if you think this is a hoax, you should be ashamed of yourself. i can guarantee if you say that in public, people are going to kick your ass. on top of that, this is the prime reason why men are labeled as arrogant jackasses and you are the leading cause of it all, so next time you look in a mirror, think how much it would hurt to have your eyes gouge out and your tongue sheared off, cause quite frankly, i would do so.
i really hate leg day. It's so painful and brutal. I dread every second of it. But my legs must like it. They are fucking growing and shit

I really can't stand any of the days... but in a good way
For instance yesterday I did incline DB: 30x20 to get the blood flowing. 70x12,80x12,90x12,100x12 then immediately went 45's to failure, and 30's to failure. Shit was brutal. And thats the fucking beginning of the workout. My tris and shoulders just die. Every day is a god damn sweat-fest
ever do a squat dropset ? it's like entering a mild state of death. at the end of the workout.. i sometimes do a superset of leg extensions.. the pain is just exploding in my legs and there's nothing i can do to stop it
fuck. that. I'm trashed after leg day as it is, drop sets would put me on my ass.
now you guys understand what i meant when i say i hate the gym. If anyone says they love it, they are fucking liars or look like they dont lift.
