seriously...i mean i dk, i just dont care about my legs at all. would rather have a jacked upper body. i know that i have to do it just for proportion reasons and the fact that squats are good for mass, but FFFUUUUUU

if that's what you want, then do it. people on here are going to pick on you, but in reality, most people won't say a word.

I just think if you can't squat or work legs, it reflects on how you train; like a little pussy, so either way, you're going to be in a screwed up situation

You must have small legs. Believe me, when you start seeing striations and muscularity on your legs, you will want to train them. Jacked quads are awesome looking.

while i do enjoy the aesthetic benefits of lifting weights, the main reason i lift is to get stronger and faster! you wanna pick up a huge rock? you need to have a big squat and deadlift. lets say ur a football player, u wanna be able to absolutely lay someone out and drive them into the ground? once again, a big squat will help.

so yea for me, i enjoy lower body days just as much as upper, if not more.

I rarely squat, and when I do it's usually as just part of a warmup for deads.

I leg press and shit sometimes too and just work legs when I feel like it. Who cares do what you want at this point.

Just do it man, training legs for me is the most intense workout of the week, helps with cardio and burns fat and makes me feel great after every time. Plus fuck looking like the average gym rat that has 2 pencils and big chest and bis!

If you can handle a hard leg workout, all your other workouts will seem easy. That's the biggest benefit to me.

not a huge fan of working legs, but it has to be done.

Also, I've never been with a girl who didn't admit she likes guys with big legs, much less talked about than arms, but girls notice.

(obviously with the dedication most of us on this site put into the gym its not about what girls think, but it still a motivating factor.)

I like the challenge. If you don't like training legs you probably don't like training period; you just want the results.

IMO it's the same kind of attitude as the person who goes in and asks the guy at GNC what will get me jacked the fastest?

I don't mind the act of squatting... what I hate is the feeling your legs have for the next 4 days.

I actually enjoy squatting. I hate doing lunges though and any type of calf raise.

Probably a close second fav lift next to clean and press.

That savage and amazing soreness the day after training legs is what motivates me to go squat. The ability to barely walk after training legs is what motivates me to squat. Feels good man.

I used to never do legs, now I quite enjoy deads ... now squats on the other hand not so much.

Getting stronger in them, but never seen any real progress so it's hard for me to motivate myself ... let alone someone else :)
