I feel so fat. Weak. I'm just glad when it's done.
i never go to the gym a day after I get drunk, I always wanna do cardio cuz I feel bloated but I never get around to it
I threw up in the gym bathroom saturday morning. Had a long night of drinking Friday night, but didnt feel that bad when I woke up. About halfway through I was running for the shitter with my hand over my mouth.. Came back out and finished my day, felt better after that.
ye puking seems to help the day after even though i dont like having to try and puke up.
drinking then workingout the next day never works you feel

smoke pot instead
can't smoke pot in the clubs.

yeah with good shit you're high for ~3 hours...just do that instead
i haven't drank in over a month
I hear you man, I feel like a little bitch the day after drinking a lot and probably lose about 10-20% strength
My post-drunk work outs aren't too bad. I just drink a shitload of water and eat decently throughout the day, then work out later on in the evening.
i had a late hockey game, right after a work party last week. i was up at 5:30am, drank from 5-8pm, game was 10. i puked like 10 minutes into it.
but i did score like 5 minutes into it, so i guess it's ok.
yea that's why i avoid drinking it messes you up the next day, but if i know im going to get hammered, i usually try to work it out so i drink the night before a rest day
I've learned from my job (which is extremely physical, and starts at 6am), that my body can't handle physical endurement when I'm anywhere near hungover. I've puked in numerous store bathrooms because of it. That's the reason why I said I always work out later on in the evening of that following day after proper nourishment!
