During the week I am fine, I eat really well and my body feels great. When I come home from school though, I just fucking binge fri-sat-sun! Then I feel like shit and dont eat much the next week. I think its just habit because thats how I used to eat everyday when I was home. On the one hand, the binging is good becuase it reminds me how bad I feel when I eat bad, but on the other hand, all the progress I made that week is gone. I need to break the fucking habit at home of just eating whatever the fuck I want. I ate SO much this weekend. Eggs, Cake, Pizza, Beer, Ice Cream, Frosted Flakes Now Im going back to school again so hopefully the next 3 weeks I can get about 10 pounds off of me before summer.
