It sucks. I've been lifting for 8 weeks straight now and this is my week off for recouperation. I have an undesireable urge to go to the gym but i know i shouldn't :sadwavey:

I need to take a week off, but it might make me cry, though I haven't taken more than one day off per week since august. I'm about to start a new job, so maybe I should wait until that week to take my break. I propably shouldn't drink during my off-week right?

I have a pain in my shoulder now, so maybe that will motivate me to stay away from the gym.

I bet 90% of this forum needs to take a week break off. You guys seem like you overtrain.. taking breaks is a GOOD thing.

I just took some days off. Haven't lifted since Wednesday I think, I feel like I am having withdrawals.
