and i'm on a diet Todays brownies and cookies look really good....
I feel your pain. Every friday, one of our suppliers brings in 6 dozen donut

I'm eating my 10am protien bar early
oh and they bring in these bagels a few times a week with different kinds of cream cheese, i hate it

I know the feeling...we have people bring in stuff all the time. Sometimes I wonder how people can eat crap like that every morning. If I am starving and have a muffin I feel like it rots in my stomach all morning.
If anybody's in the mood for donuts, kolaches, a giant frosted cinnamon bun and some coffee, just swing by my office. I'll be the guy huddled in his office munching on a Tri-O-Plex bar and sipping water
i could eat 10 cookies and 7 bagels and still eat more
What is even worse is they assume since you're in shape, then you have nothing to worry about, and can eat whatever you want. I used to get that comment all the time at my old job.
I feel everybody on this..people feel like they're being so nice!! Lady at my work brought back cheesecakes for everyone, little mini ones, and it was on my desk..I stuffed it in the back of the fridge and am staying away from the kitchen now.
I'm pretty sure everyone will ask you why you're not having any. They'll look at you like you're from Saturn because you're not eating everything you can get your hands on. I've always been the most fit and health-conscious at my work. Seeing some of those people serves as inspiration.
just remember, once your finished w/ that doughnut, the taste/pleasure from it will be gone, but the empty calories will still lurk around your body.. dont give in!
I would love to eat that stuff pre or post workout
