It's tearing our kickboxing and grappling competition teams apart. Bad thing is that the drama is being fueled by a fucking noob, and some beef over pussy :squint:.

Fucking kids these days don't know what bros before hoes mean anymore.

New guy is one of those outspoken loudmouthed motherfuckers whom most kids perceive as cool. Said guy starts chilling with the group, starts spreading his influence on weaker-minded guys...and shit begins to hit the fan. The kid doesn't even fight or compete!

Coach was telling me about it last week, and I could see the sadness in his face because of the situation.

Your coach needs to ask him to leave, professionally.

sounds to me like the coach can leave professionalism at the door. the new guy doesn't even fight or compete. what's the point of having him around?

So he's causing other guys to be loud mouthed faggots or what? If they are influenced that easily they are not people I'd want around either.

For now my coach just encourages the rest of us left to just keep on training. The rest can just go ahead and party...and learn their lessons when they get their asses handed to them in competition.

My coach is very professional and cool as hell, and it really sucks to see him get disrespected even indirectly when shit like this happens.

My gym has asked many people to leave if there was drama caused by them, no need to let the other people training there have their experienced ruined by one guy.

The guy is pretty much out....it's no loss to our team, but it sucks that the damage has been done and now there's animosity between certain team members.

Who is to say it'll be that way forever though. Once things change up and given time people can be civil about shit. If they don't want to smarten up then fuck it, it's their choice to learn the hard way, you'd be wasting your breath.

When sparring insert your foot into his ear and teach him a lesson in noobness via getting his bell rung.

pissy babies just need to catch some hard knocks from everyone else to drive him out of there if the coach won't man up and tell the guy to stfu

sorta sounds like your team is the issue more than the guy and your coach should step up more and stop being such a pushover.

I don't see his coach as being a push over, more like someone who has tried to many times and given up. He's there to do his job and if everyone else isn't on the same page, then what more can he do, but get rid of him? You can't just magically heal shit and men can be every much as emotional as women, over women. I've always had half and half male/female friends growing up, and drama was on both sides of the fence. Men just tend to get it over with a fight then be cool about it 10 mins later.

i kicked a guy out cause he lost his mind. his screams and bird calls made it uncomfortable to keep training. eventually his mom had to fly out to thailand and take him back to california.
