I have an appetite of a small asian chick. Im satify eating 2x a day and a rarely get really hungry. That and a high metabolism makes it very difficult to put on mass. Im trying to stuff 4 rather large meals in a day and its getting harder and harder. Lunch and the last meal seems to hardest, sometimes taking me like 20 minutes to eat. I find myself just eating and stuffing my face because i have to and not enjoying anything anymore. Sooner or later when i up it to 5, im going to have a hard time, probably choking the food down with water. Any tips on how to increase appetite?
