20D or 350D........both with lense kits....
Which would you get...and why
20d and don't look back, you'll thank me later.
More comfortable to hold
Slightly larger viewfinder
Extra dial makes adjustments easier
I own both and the 350D is stuffed away in the corner.
20D fo sho.
350 with better glass and accessories
why buy a ferrari with a civic engine?
20d if you have the money and know how to use it
20d...though I do agree with viper to a degree, the XT is just too small for me and the 20d just feels better.
Yea I have a 30d with no lenses. Well the 70-200 but there's only soo much you can do with that lens.
if you get a 350D couldn't you afford another lens for what you would have spent on the 20D?
if you're only getting one camera with a kit lens and nothing else for now regardless of which one you get.. well the 20D is the better camera.
You would be much better off with the 350d + a good walk around lens. Forget the kit lens all together. Depending on the lens it might be the same as a 20d+kit lens, or slightly more. It will however be much more flexable and have much better image quality.
Sell the house and buy a Ferrari that already has a Ferrari engine installed.
350d body with a really good lens to start would be a really good purchase
20D has a thumbwheel which allows you to make aperture/shutter speed adjustments much faster in manual mode. I personally couldn't deal without having it.
/thread right here. same thing a buddy said to me and i haven't regretted it for one moment. although i do regret getting into photography when i have to pay off the cc bills...
no dual jogdials
I'd get a D70s myself, but between those two cameras Rebel XT for sure!
