Any way to make it taste better than slime? What about some alternatives that are not bad for b4 bed snack?

thats not an ideal post workout snack to begin with...you probably want some carbs and fast digesting protein post workout.

I tried mixing jam with it the other day and it was surprisingly good. You don't even have to mix it up very much, just slop some together and take some big bites.

I am not fond of cottage cheese either but the two ways I can make it consumable is with jam or yogurt. Just thow a cup or two of cottage cheese in a bowl and mix it all together and don't chew a lot... Just take big bites and swallow.

I really wish I was one of those people that could sit down and eat an entire tub of plain cottage cheese with nothing but a spoon. :hsd:

    Cottage cheese with pineapple.

Lately though I eat it with blackberries or actually replaced cottage cheese sometimes with ricotta.

I love cottage cheese. I'd hate to ruin the taste by adding anything else.

If you don't like cottage cheese, don't eat it. It's not magic. If you want to eat something slow digesting before bed, eat a slab of red meat.

    :werd:

I could eat a whole tub of cottage cheese without even thinking about it. I fucking love it :dunno:

I also like my oats in just water, my chicken plain and tuna out of the can :dunno:

I think I just got used to the taste of things this way.

I used to mix it with yogurt or jello. They both worked pretty good for me

Different brands of cottage cheese can taste drastically different. Maybe try a couple of different brands to see if you can find one you like. Also, if the texture is what bothers you, you can try blending it so it is smoother.

That being said, I like it with blueberries.
