    It was between this used one and a new one, the new one was $10 more.

    The wood is darker than the new one, +1.
    The receiver is blued not wrinkle painted, +1.
    Scope and rings +1.
    A couple NEW extra mags haggled in for free, +1.

    That's a factory Ruger target model. Brings a little more over the standard carbine.

    maybe the front sling mount can be removed and replaced with a bi-pod:dunno:

    I really want to get one of the standard carbine models sometime and replace the guts. I have a nice bolt-action .22, but it's a tube feed so no banana-mag awesomeness or trigger-happiness.
