I has a month

    Im leaving to vacation on July 10th and I decided to get toned up a little. What should I be concentrating on and what exercises should I be doing to see fast results to look better when I hit the beach. I'm 6'2" 205lbs and I've been going to the gym on and off for about 3 years on (averages out to about one week per month :hs:)

    Suggestions?

    Nothing you will do in a month will make that much of a difference considering your goal is to be "tone"

    Tan, good body gooming, watch the calories, do some cardio, make a point to stay dehydrated while you're there.

    I would if I already didnt look like I was Mexican :o

    I was thinking about concentrating on the chest, shoulders, arms, and back for the month by raising the weight and number of reps/sets. Although that would just make me a little bigger.

    Anyway, thanks for the help. Maybe hitting the gym more often during this month will make me feel better about my self and change my workout habbits for when I come back :bigthumb:

    If you're looking to get chicks you have a better chance of at least being comfortable and relaxed than uptight about how you look.

    Fuck being dehydrated. Just don't eat like an asshole and get all bloated up.

    You can shed like 10 lbs in a month if you work hard. Start right this minute.

    I'm flying down with the woman (talk about bringing sand to the beach :ugh:) and Im far from overweight. Shit, I would love to be ~220 :o

    stop eating carbs after a certain point like 6pm or 8pm depending on what time you go to sleep. You might drop a few pounds of water and look a little leaner.


    Tan also sounds good as suggested. I went to the beach in san diego a couple months ago and didn't take off my shirt cause of my ridiculous farmers tan that I did not want to make public :o

    i have 9 hours until i go to the beach, hurry how do i shed 32lbs! also, i don't like to diet or lift weights. I was thinking of doing 4 hours of bicep curls and 5 hours of flexing in front of the mirror, but i don't want to get freaky big.
