I had my first PT session today and...

    I almost threw up--twice.

    She had me supersetting almost everything. The exercises I did in no specific order were: step ups, jumping step ups, pushups, ball crunches, seated cable rows, swiss medicine ball twist things, shoulder press, and a couple others I'm probably forgetting.

    Today was just the "warm-up" day too. Once we get more into the plyometrics I think I'll really start to like it. She also tested my body fat...a week ago the guy at another gym measured me at 22%, which I thought was off...she got me at 17%. I'm guessing I'm somewhere inbetween the two.

    Edit: Neo you were right...she had me do overhead squats to see my weak points. They are not surprising to me at all...tight calves and weak rhomboids/forward shoulders.

    You will usually feel like shit when you do your first decent workout, it's the way it is...it will get easier obviously. However, you should still be feeling either really exausted or wanting to puke later on. If you aren't, you aren't doing a good enough workout...

    I did that when I hit my 2 rep max on push presses...I was mid-rep so I just swallowed it and finished the set :rofl:
