i had an injury and been out for 3 months

    so im ready to get back into training. couldnt hold anything in my right hand.
    in the mean time i ate right and did what i could.

    what do you think could be accomplished in 3 weeks training pretty regularly and rigourously with a strict diet. nots ure if thats even long enough to progress anything in terms of getting back what i lost.

    i also plan on hitting up a beach some where in 3 weeks. :mamoru:
