Ok then. You guys tell me. Im on the bulk:wtc:  and I'm eating very clean. No fast food-well I go to jack in the box everyday and get a salad(technically fast food but it's still eating clean). Havn't ate junk food all summer and I went from 162 to 183. I've been trying to keep my stomach in check while doing so. If you read my other thread I had it tested and it came back 17%. Someone suggested me showing you guys and letting you decide.

And honestly- you don't look like you have much muscle under there. What's your lifting routine like?

If you're purely looking just to gain strength :dunno:

If you're would like any positive aesthetic value, you might want to cut down the calories

My advice? Don't worry about it. The actual number is honestly irrelevant. What are your goals at the moment?

Get stronger is my only goal. I didn't think I looked that bad but obviously you guys are telling me different. That's fine by me but it kinda makes me:wtc:

Sorry brother. If I saw you walking around on the beach with no shirt on, I'd never even look twice at you or think you work out.

what is your nutrition like? I'm thinking you have a very high sodium intake at the very least.

What does high sodium intake do to you??

    My nutrition is this-

Breakfeast- 3 hardboiled eggs and all wheat english muffin with natural PB, I drink water with this

Lunch 1- Jack in the Box Salad. This is just recently I'm doing this. I might add in some lowfat cottage cheese or and a yogurt.

Lunch 2- I usually have a sandwich on with wheat bread and spinach. The sandwich is made out of pastrami and roast beef. Again water and 2 percent milk.

Workout shake- 1 CUP egg whites 1 cup yogurt 1 bannana PB almonds 2 scoops whey protien 1 cup skim milk

Dinner- I usually have a steak or chicken breast or tuna along with 1 cup of brown rice or corn. I might have a baked potatoe.

I used to add in another protien shake that was 2 cups cottage cheese 1/2 cup yogurt almonds PB 3 scoops whey 1 cup skim milk. I cut that out recently since school started because I don't have enough time.

the reason I have 2 lunches is because I eat the salad during my Rop class and I come home to have a sandwich.

I know. I've been noticing differences though. My chest is alow harder then what it used to be. My chest is slowly forming. My shoulders are starting to gain muscle. My arms are getting bigger and firmer. Can you guys find anything wrong with my diet?
