    For rapid fire.

I apologized to the RO's. Is it an insurance thing?

All of my shots were COM on my target.

I felt like an asshole :hs:

I've been there as well as Bullet Trap and Garland Public, no rapid fire anywhere. Their thinking is that as firing pace increases then accuracy decreases and they can't take a chance on you remotely missing your target.

We need a DFW shoot. I'd come shoot with you guys as well. :wavey:

I usually go to Bullet Trap if I'm shooting indoors. Used to go to Elm Fork quite a bit since I worked near there, but haven't been there in a couple years. If I'm shooting outdoors now I shoot on a friend's private land.

I don't remember the last time I went to a range.... and I allow myself to rapid fire. ~Six hours from DFW, sucks for you guys.

I'll go to the Garland range next time.

I used to go here all the time http://quailcreekrange.com/

The RO's there are nazis if you are a noob. It's a pretty nice range though IMO. Sandbags on all the benches. They get a little cranky about .22 on the 100 yard range. :ugh:

Fuck it I paid the money to shoot. Why do you care what I do with my bullshit carbine?

I have a weber, and a smoker. If we can do something on private property this could be epic.

All DFW gun ranges suck fucking balls.

Excepts for Gibsons, unless his son is working.

Your details and personal experience stories about the ranges are overwhelming.

I hear nothing but shit about Gibsons and hated the one and only time I went.

Some range guys are just fucking assholes. One guy last week told us to move our firearms to the rear bench if we were leaving, and when I picked up my rifle he went nuts yelling at me. :ugh:

garland public doesn't allow rapid fire as well.

The fudds also get mad if you shoot blackpowder rifles because they lose valuable hours staring at the scope, then spotting scope, and back to their scope!

My local range doesn't allow rapid fire either.

But they rarely have an RO back there, so as long as you don't blast a hole through the doors (some girl AD with a shotty), they pretty much leave you alone and let you do your thing.
