Woot. I'm back today also, after an injury/illness filled 2 weeks.
what were you out for? This was my first week back after ~ 2 months and it was hell!

Im back too. Damn noob's that don't know how to drill properly. Will be my first week back after a couple months off. What happend was, doing an armbar drill not using hands, just trying to work on hip movement with some of the new guys and he tries to swing his leg around my head, but instead of working slowly and getting the movement down, he goes hard and fast trying to impress someone and ends up giving me a hard shin bone to the temple when I was completely unguarded. Direct blow, didn't knock me out, but gave me a severe concussion. Wich I didn't find out about till the next day after practice when I couldnt remember shit and was spoutin jiberish.
Nevermind, i'm taking today off as well. Hopefully I'll be back tomorrow.
Messed my bad knee up even worse about a month ago. My physio guy not only gave me the go ahead, but told me to go back and see how it felt. Just no squatting.
I have to go see the doctor again on Friday, so hopefully he doesn't say I need surgery, or else it will have all been for nothing.
