    I can only close it once with each hand. I'm a weak ass bitch. :wtc:

    What's the ideal way to train with these things? Just keep squeezing it for a while? How many times a week should I work on my grip?

    Low reps, slow negatives. 3-5 reps for 3 sets 3 times a week. Try some forced negatives as well..

    Slow negatives? Forced negatives? :noes:

    Slow negatives = close it and let it open slowly.

    Forced negatives/static negatives = close it with 2 hands (after not being able to close it any more) and try to hold it closed for as long as you can, without letting it open.
