Big motherfuckers shouldn't have great technique. it's just not fair. The guy above me and Napao is also a black belt, I had to roll with him after. Small and bad technique for the loss.

7 or 8, and he was just playing with me of course. A 9 minute roll, so he obviously gave me time to work. It's amazing how smooth and technical he was considering he outweighed me by 120 lbs.

Its called Ludlow and the team name is Team Link. My mom lives about 10 minutes away from his gym, its a small Portuguese town and for the life of me I cant understand why all the Portuguese and Brasilians chose Ludlow.

Its not far from the Connecticut River (I think thats the one), it has solid fishing but not a port that I know of. The place is pretty cool though, lots of delicious food. I dated a Brasilian girl for almost 2 years and she also couldnt figure out why there.

His gym is right on the Main Street but if you arent paying attention you could easily drive by it.

Marcao came up to help Gonzaga, loved it and just never left. he's a complete sweetheart. Someone somewhere always has bad things to say about anyone I roll with, but I've had nice experiences with all of them so it's good. I rolled with Marcao a few times, he has exceptional control over his strength and weight. I think after MMA training tomorrow I'm heading to Boston to BTT with a few of the guys.

Headed to Bridgewater after day training and caught up with Team Aggression. Rolled with Lauzon for a while and heard about his stories/got some of his technique from BJ Penn. cool experience.

Me and marcao had a bit of a beef. He talked alot of shit to me quite often he acted like it was all in jest but I believe the language barier made me take it personally cause his delivery didn't quite match in my head.

He would never do MMA or strike with me but would always seek me out in wrestling and very seldomly grappling. He would smash me in wrestling which would let him talk more shit but we were pretty even when it came to grappling.

His pickyness to how he would train with me didn't help me to think he was cool with me.

You already know not to trust most brazilians when it comes to "boy and girl" stuff so no need to go into that.

The shit he pulled in guam was not cool at all but in a certain sense (and a very very small sense) somewhat understandable.

If it seems like I'm trash talkin i appologize.

People can always tell when someone isn't taking their friendly jests as friendly jests and tone em down. I find that your gut is pretty much always right in these kinds of situations and second guessing yourself makes you question your gut which I think is very bad in the long run.
