wtf? i was on CEE for about 2-3months straight. well, i had an accident inbetween too, where i fucked up my wrist. anyways, i got off on it couple weeks ago and just take ONwhey and my bench went up from 225lbs to 275lbs easily. and now im back to 315lbs max rep. something is not right. when i was on CEE, it didnt make a difference compared to when i took satur8. satur8 really gave me that motivation and energy. while cee was just "there"
