Not the greatest in the world but I think I can make it happen if the rest of the package (LOR and Interview) pulls together.

Yeah, I've reworked my profile and personal statement to near perfection. I'm going to backdoor my supervisor on the LOR. I'm going to the shirt on Monday. She says she can help. All I need otherwise is the medical profile. I may have to wait for December 26th for that. Unfortunately... But I am going to try to get my profile pulled before then.

I know what you mean. there are some detachments that have a reputation for putting out poor officers and there are some detachments that have a good reputation. Supposedly, my detachment has a good reputation. I don't know how much truth is in that though. Our new detachment commander said that he wanted this job because of how impressed he was by the quality of all the 2nd lieutenants that he worked with from my detachment.

I don't know where this one person got their commission from, but he managed to erase an entire mission worth of information on the plane that my dad works on. The guy that did it was a captain...
