any idea what's causing it? i'm prone to jock itch which it may be related to but it's quite uncomfortable at times... anyone have this problem before?

If this has happend recently after a sexual experience with a partner, then i would say a docters advice is required. If you have ruled out other things like, skin diseases, allergies, tight pants and the like. You would do best to goto a docter. It isn't nice, but docters have sworn not to tell anything to anyone without permission or notification. Better to be safe then to be sorry, and visiting is better the sooner a problem is recognized the sooner the problem can be solved.

Fungus? Wash the area, keep it dry, with the aid of Gold Bond.

This happens when I fall asleep after masturbating with lotion sometimes... the moisture causes fungus to grow.

    BTW,

I'd just put some anti-jockitch stuff on it and wash regularly.

i'm not about to throw this in the main forum, that's for damn sure.

Your best bet would probably be to check webmd.com or PM SCIronMike or GBlanstein (I don't know if the spelling is right there, but it's close). I'm sure either of them are knowledgeable enough to help you out. :o

Actually... I think I know what it is. You see, and I am deeply sorry and apologetic for this but... sometime before our long night of passion on the beach at La Hoya, I contracted radioactive crabs from a Ukranian prostitute in Moscow who was from... you guessed it, a village outside of Chernobyl. I wanted to tell you, but I knew I couldn't ravish you so manly if I had.

So again, sorry. But its radioactive crabs. They are incurable. There is a specialist for the treatment of this god forsaken malady in the Phillipines, though. I can get you his number if you want. Its in the back of an old issue of Popular Mechanics I have laying around my parents' basement in Atlanta somewhere.

    Get well soon,
    P

  11. I agree with Peyomp. Fungal infection is the most common problem, and first place I'd look. Get some anti-fungal cream too to speed the healing process. Talk with the pharmacy tech about the issue and ask which OTC treatment would be most useful. They will treat it confidentally and often are asked these same questions.

Ask the pharma tech for a 2nd opinion, show the balls to her.
In all seriousness, go see a doctor. If it is fungus, then let out a sigh of relief. I pray it is not STD.

Assume its fungus until you have reason to think otherwise. Wash thoroughly twice daily, then dry thoroughly, and apply gold bond powder/talc. I swear, in 3 days it will be gone. If not, then go to a doc.
