How could you ignore such a large portion of your body?
i have no clue.
you'd be suprise on how so many guys just don't work their lower body.
the numbers are huge.

I don't work legs other than some body weight squats and lunges. I have Sciatica and I'm unable to work my legs hard.

Oh gods, I heard some trainer in the gym last night telling a lady he was training that the elliptical is a "weights and cardio workout in one!" and she didn't need to do any lower body weights work if she used it

i'm going to up my elliptical workouts to 60 minutes and never bother with squats again!
Should I wear a belt if I'm hitting level 10 resistance on the elliptical?
how would you even justify an elliptical as being "weights" ?
Well it's got those wicked resistance levels, right? And that's the same thing as weights, right? I can just picture this woman going home talking about how many calories she burned

nothing, i actually only work out the right side of my body. My left side gets enough work from jerking off and using the clutch in my car.
