I go to the Gym to work out but dont care much for LEGS

    i have no clue.
    you'd be suprise on how so many guys just don't work their lower body.
    the numbers are huge.
    this reminds me of that red stripe commercial.

    I don't work legs other than some body weight squats and lunges. I have Sciatica and I'm unable to work my legs hard.

    I just got out of my leg workout 20 minutes ago, squats ftmfw, I love leg day

    Oh gods, I heard some trainer in the gym last night telling a lady he was training that the elliptical is a "weights and cardio workout in one!" and she didn't need to do any lower body weights work if she used it :rofl:

    OMGz feel teh burn!

    i'm going to up my elliptical workouts to 60 minutes and never bother with squats again!

    Should I wear a belt if I'm hitting level 10 resistance on the elliptical?

    Well it's got those wicked resistance levels, right? And that's the same thing as weights, right? :hsugh: :rofl: I can just picture this woman going home talking about how many calories she burned :mamoru:

    nothing, i actually only work out the right side of my body. My left side gets enough work from jerking off and using the clutch in my car.
