My shoulder pops every rep of bench, military press or lateral raises. I got used to it for awhile, never had any pain. However, now before I start anything I just grab a 5lb plate and rotate my shoulders alot to get them kind of warmed up.

Perfect idea. I used to get this too and started doing simple movement exercizes. For your shoulder, move arm in the same motion you might if you were shooting a basketball. Move rather slow keeping your elbow in and the palm of your hand forward. You'll notice your elbow will naturally try and bend outward and your hand will try and turn. Don't let it. Your shoulder is popping either because you do have a medical problem with the tendon or just because the rest of your arm is moving unnaturally.
