I was extra excited for Leg day today because Ive been making some decent progress with Pur's routine. Half way through my squats I started to get a really tough lower back pump (which is super unusual for me). I streched out a bit then finished off squats with a drop set of 315 x 3, 225 x 3, 135 x 6. After I finished that I could barely stand up and I had to cancel the rest of my leg routine. All I can think is that my form must have gone to shit without me noticing . Anyways, I took 600mg of Ibuprofen and I feel fine now. My question is If I want to do more leg work tomorrow to make up for this, what should I do? another full leg day? And would not being hydrated enough be a possible cause of my problems today?
