    3 plates on the jefferson machine is a lot for me!

    Good job on your squats and DL. I think you should just stick with DB for chest for awhile.

    Yea DB doesnt seem to aggriavte my shoulder that much, everytime I go back to BB my shoulder goes to hell and Im back to the start line.

    You do 75x8 for standing military, but only 50x8 for bench. That's so ass backwards.

    Dude, my gf lifts more than you on upper body lifts and she is 118 lbs. Why haven't you been improving that much since last year or whatever.
