    onions/chives + tomatoes helps alot, makes a pretty good sauce too

    I'm going to have to try that. I can't continue eating it plain. I can't seem to get used to it :hsd:

    It's a good source of casein protein. I think only like 1/2 cup is 13g protein. For me that's only a few fork-fulls.
