oatmeal + chocolate protein + spoonful of peanut butter + milk
this is new
i just use a spoon
just soak it in the liquid you'll be using and a powerful blender also helps.
Who woulda thunk it
well what i do is put the milk + oatmeal in a bowl, microwave that for 1 minute 30 seconds, then add the protein and peanut butter
Takes like 3 minutes max to make
id rather just have eggs
I totaled it up for you guys:
48g of protein
34g of carbs
15g of unsaturated fat
3g of saturated fat
gotta cook those =\
takes like 10 minutes if that. Only annoying part is cleaning the pan and shit
how do you like your eggs?
i like mine overeasy but I hear some like them scrambled...
well when i have them i like to have at least 4-5 whole eggs. So always scrambled, cause it's easy. I love to add cheese on them too.
do you ever eat them with a fork or just blend them and drink them?
