I finally sucked it up and did some GM's tonight!

    If you can run after leg day you need to throw on some more weight :o

    ture, even in college we'd lift at 5am and then run a couple laps around the track AND THEN later that day we'd do some type of running and/or sprinting the practice in our event(throwing for me). :hs:
