one thing i found myself manually doing way too frequently:

select newly downloaded .rar files containing music in the finder, drop them on my workflow, expand, delete the rars, import the expanded music into iTunes, delete the leftover files (i.e. .nfo) from the expansion, and update my iPod.

i won't know what to do with the 5 extra seconds of my life i'll have now saved :eek3:

The most common uses for me is to grab all the pictures off a webpage.

I use it to resize multiple images at a time.

it's pretty easy, just kind of slow. it has a list of little actions that you hook together. i.e. get selected files from finder -> filter finder files by name ends with .mp3 -> add to iTunes, or some such thing. if you haven't tried it before, open it and play around with it. the tough part is just coming up with something worth automating

Really simple. Here's a screencap of the workflow.

its just a more user friendly version of applescript...:dunno:

its very simple, I just haven't found a whole lot of uses for it besides photo manipulation or renaming.
