    Woohoo Oh yeah!!!
    I think this deserves a thread!
    Since I can remember, I've never been able to do a pullup.
    Even when I started to lift and was discovering I could do things I couldn't do before, I wasn't able to do a pullup!
    TODAY I DID ONE!
    well, one and half. Went from standing, all the way up, and then allll the way back down and halfway up again!!!
    It may not seem alot to you guys but for me it was a huge accomplishment!!
    :wiggle::):):bigthumb:

    Cliffs: I did a pullup

    THANKS!!! :):)

    Thanks! My goal is to be able to do atleast 10 by the end of february!

    What are slow negatives?

  7. Get yourself to the "up" position either with a chair or some shit and then slowly let your arms straighten out as you go "down". That is a negative.

    Ohhh, kinda like if I'm benching and I know I can't do a weight, but I have some people on the side of me holding it up while I slowly let it down so that it makes my muscles work? i dig it! I'll do that!

    Nice work. I think pullups are pretty hard. I was pretty excited when I could finally do them as well. :cool:
