    It's hard to say because of the lack of consistency and cycling through bulks and cuts. If you're at 385 right now work on your sticking point (for me it was getting it off the floor, so I worked on getting my legs into it more) and then just go for it. That's what worked for me :dunno:

    My 385 PR came at ~180lb or so. This 405lb PR is at 202.5lb, so I'm happy I'm pulling 2x bodyweight again. I can't wait to be doing 405x4 leading up to a 450-500 1rm.

    I hope that's the case for me. Wishful thinking would be getting to 500 before I start my cut down to single digit body fat, but that's only 3-4 months away. I'll shoot for 500x1, but I'll be happy if I get 450x1.
