I finally benched 225 today!!! :hsd:

I know it's not much, but it's a milestone for me...

About 2 weeks ago I posted this thread asking about it - http://forums.offtopic.com/showthread.php?t=2311130

The next week I tried it and almost got it up, but couldn't lock it out.

Then today I went for it again, went down, touched my chest, and got it back up pretty easily I must say. I thought about trying for another rep, but I decided against it. Now I will try it again in about 4 months. Thanks for all the advice.

a little while ago, at the end of a set (5 working sets), i decided to throw 275 on and see what i could do... and i got it up with no problem
