I felt like I was going to throw up in the gym today for the first time

    Hack squats. Holy shit. :eek3:

    I go to my university's gym, which is fine 99% of the time, except they don't have a hack squat machine.

    Since I'm home for break, I joined the Gold's Gym in Naples for a couple weeks. Since today was the first time I'd done legs, I saw the hack squat machine there.

    I did my usual 5x5 set of squats and then moved onto the hack squat machine. About halfway through the second set I had to push myself so hard to finish it was rediculous. I finished up the third set, stood up off the machine, and almost fell down :mamoru: And then I felt like I was going to throw up.

    So that's what that feels like. I'd never experienced the nausea thing before from lifting, only running.

    Hack squats are hard, but I sorta like them :o

    It's impossible to do hack squats without a machine.

    lol, you must be new here, and by here, I mean the gym and training practices

    there was no hack squat machine before there was a hack squat :hsugh:

    speaking of bb hack squats, do you pinch your shoulder blades as you go up? and whats a good technique to not have the bar hit your ass before finishing the rep:o
