I feel so gay

    Still fighting with mild constipation, going upto 3 days between movements, however i will say that when i do have a movement i feel SOOOO much better :bowdown:


    Ive added some more fresh and dried fruits and vegies to my deit, as well as psyllium husk pills 2x pr day.

    anyway, is it really unhealthy to not have a movement daily or more??

    when i was on a diet, i might not shit for 2-3 days. when i'm not dieting, every day

    I believe the healthy average is once every 31 hours.

    That's not to say doing it more often is unhealthy.


    Or I'd be fucked.

    why dont you add some fucking grain to your diet.. Eat some shredded wheat cereal in the morning for christ sakes
