    • Seated cable rows
    • Lat pull-downs overhand (pull-up style) wide grip
    • Lat pull-downs underhand (chin-up style) regular grip
    • Deadlifts
    • Bent-over BB rows
I've been thinking about adding regular pull-ups/chin-ups, but I'm going to wait until I can do close to my weight in lat pull-downs. I'm going to add good-mornings once I strengthen my lower back some more (it's weak, I DL ~150lb and I weigh 210).

Should I add bent-over DB rows? Anything I should add/subtract?

I do shrugs and shoulder press on my leg day. What are facepulls? What's a piss weak pull? I agree it is weak without knowing what you're talking about because I've only been working out for 2 months :)

Edit: I want to have nice lats...I'm 6'3" and I look frail because of the lack of lats.

He is saying you don't deadlift much. pull = deadlift.

This is my 2nd or 3rd week deadlifting :hs:. I'll get the number to a respectable level soon, but I'm going slow so I don't hurt my lower back.

    ahh ok good stuff...

    You're a beginner. I'd keep it simple

    Deads 8x3
    bent over rows 8x3
    chins 4xmaxx
    back extensions 8x3

Why would you wait? The whole point of GMs is to strengthen the posterior chain.

what kind of volume (sets & reps) are you doing for these exercises?

    +1 on doing good mornings.

just make sure to start very light and keep your form. its very easy to fuck up your back with these
