I feel like I'm losing it.

    I don't understand. My endurance is just dropping like a rock lately. I can't lift as much weight as I used to be able to, and I can't do as many exercises as I used to do. I just get so tired and find myself quitting. I just don't have the physical strength to continue lifting. I have taken a break a while ago, but I dunno...it seemed to start when I started using cellmass creatine. Is there at all a chance it has something to do with that?

    I would say no. Anything else changed? Getting proper sleep? Any diet changes?

    i'm finding it harder and harder to sleep at night. it's like i sleep all day and am up all night :wtc: but i am fighting to change that.

    i dont think my diet is good enough. i'm just a bit stressed...looking for a job.

    Stress can mess your body up. Just make sure you're eating enough and getting enough sleep.

    If sleep is a problem try some sort of herbal non-habit-forming supplement like valerian root. I have problems waking up in the night and it helps. I get to the point where I'm dreaming really vividly but I hardly actually wake up.

    If you're not drinking enough water with creatine, it will make you lethargic.
