i feel like a little bitch when my weight yo-yos

    i know you're supposed to weight yourself only once per week at the most but sometimes i find it hard not to

    as of last sunday i was down 50.2 pounds. as of friday i was down 54.2. since then i'm up 3 pounds.

    i know it shouldn't bother me because there's no way i actually gained 3 pounds in 2 days but it's still quite discouraging :hs:

    i know that. what's fucked up is that i know in my mind that a few pounds fluctuation is completely normal but i just can't get past it for some reason. i think i'm just fucked in the head. :o

    I never worry about the scale so much but still weigh in once a week just to see. I go by how my clothes are fitting. This morning when I put my belt on went to the last hole even though yesterday I was at my highest all year.

    I weigh once per day, compare each day to the same day the previous week.

    So 5/28 compared to 5/21, etc..
