i fail at cutting

    So i've been at this for awhie now and while my clothes are fitting better and i'm feeling better (mostly sore) my weight will not go down. Constantly fluctuating around 219-222. I know diet is the problem as i'm in the gym frequantly, but neglect cardio as much as I can.

    Well the problem is i'm freaking hungry all day long, and while I know what not to eat I don't know what to eat and when. Here is what i was doing:

    breakfest 2 scoops whey, 1/4 cup blueberries, 1/4 cup oatmeal, 1 cup skim
    lunch turkey sandwich or lean cuisine meal
    mid day protein shake w/fruit
    before i went home small lean cuisine
    pre workout shake
    gym
    dinner (lean meat/chicken and green veggies)
    bed later on.

    Am i failing because i'm not cutting my calories every week? Is it possible to hit my goals without doing cardio (i honestly fucking hate it) the cardio i'm doing now is 60 second pace 30 second burst for around 15 minutes, 2-3 times a week after resistance training.

    Weakminded. I realized at 5:15pm that all i'd eaten all day was a protein shake. The first week of dieting was hard but now my appetite's dwindled to nothing.

    I was never doing a PSMF, that's stupid unless you're on steroids or insanely fat.

    i'm overly sensitive to caffiene and its effects, can't do anything speed-like.
