I dont understand why people complain about not being able to LOSE FAT...

    I simply dont understand how people say things like "I just cant get rid of these love handles". To this day I cant fathom it. I dont even do cardio. None. Zip. Zero. Zilch. My weight training gets less rest in between sets, but thats it. Yes, genetics play a factor, only to a certain extent though. Dont use that as a fucking excuse.

    If you are taking in the proper amount of calories for you to lose and you are eating like a motherfucking ANIMAL, an animal that doesnt know what high fructose corn syrup is, that doesnt know what processed foods are - YOU WILL RESEMBLE AN ANIMAL.

    I've never eaten the following and been anywhere over 8%. This is what I eat EVERY FUCKING DAY. No excuses.

    Proteins:
    Tuna
    Eggs
    Chicken
    Steak
    Ground Turkey
    Salmon

    Carbohydrates (Fast and Slow):
    Brown Rice
    100% Whole grain Oats
    Rice cake (never more than 1 and hardly even that)
    Buckwheat
    Apples
    Bananas
    Raspberries
    Blueberries
    Broccoli
    Green Beans
    Veggies

    Fats:
    Fish Oil
    Flax Seed Oil
    Almonds
    100% Natural Peanut butter


    Try eating like that EVERY single day using those sources and ONLY those sources and tell me you cant get over a plateau that youre stuck at.

    i'm @ 1800 cals with the only boxed food being fibre1 and protein supplement. i better be seeing fat loss nikka.

    if youre driven and have enough discipline and determination to eat the foods and only the foods I listed (with some exceptions im sure) then you will succeed. It's the people that thing getting Quiznos subs with 2500 calories making them up are the ones doing the complaining.

    There are probably a few out there but EVERY SINGLE PERSON I've seen complain about not being able to lose weight it's because they eat strait shit.

    really? interesting. i've known a couple people who had to eat REALLY well + bust their ass at the gym all week long just to see any progress. maybe they were cheating on the sly :hsughr:

    i agree man, it's not that hard. i literally sit on my ass all day and have dropped weight. people are always wanting to know my secret. i always tell them lean meats and green veggies. it's almost impossible to over eat on these for a normal person. add in a little exercise and your progress can almost double.

    A lot of people do cheat and when they talk about it they just happen to leave that out. Or they really have no idea how much they eat and think they don't eat a lot.

    i am not as hungry, either, when i don't cheat. those foods listed are more satisfying for hunger- and don't make me feel like crap an hour later.

    I understand the desire to eat lots of delicious food, my entire family is filled with binge eaters. Really not much more satisfying in life than a massive binge IMO

    yeah, of course its satisfying, not as satisfying as eating like a fucking caveman like I do for months on end and then looking at yourself in the mirror or going to the beach with every fucking girl gawking at you and every fucking guy envious asking you how you do it.

    good man. theres also cheat days, i give myself one every 10 days. once every 10 days i eat whatever the fuck my stomach desires. sometimes more frequently if im feeling really flat and fatigued.

    its not that hard, you just really want to ACHIEVE IT. those that dont, dont want it enough. Thus why I have no respect for fat people. They should be shipped off to an island and sprayed with Napalm.

    meh i mapped out an easy diet that will get anyone lean...just some people cant seem to stick to it. They look as food as a priveledge and enjoyment instead of a tool for a goal. People think i like tuna, eggwhites or whatever lol

    everything i eat tastes like shit and i practically swallow down with water, the enjoyment i get out of life consists of sashimi which is raw fish, if i feel like being bad that day ill get it on a bed of white rice.

    im just tired of the dumb questions and people posting on here about how hard it is to lose weight....theres no secret, just eating NATURAL fucking foods, knowing what to eat and when to eat them, fast/slow carbs which i describe pre and post workout, some in the morning, and the rest proteins and fats. in simple human terms.
