I simply dont understand how people say things like "I just cant get rid of these love handles". To this day I cant fathom it. I dont even do cardio. None. Zip. Zero. Zilch. My weight training gets less rest in between sets, but thats it. Yes, genetics play a factor, only to a certain extent though. Dont use that as a fucking excuse. If you are taking in the proper amount of calories for you to lose and you are eating like a motherfucking ANIMAL, an animal that doesnt know what high fructose corn syrup is, that doesnt know what processed foods are - YOU WILL RESEMBLE AN ANIMAL. I've never eaten the following and been anywhere over 8%. This is what I eat EVERY FUCKING DAY. No excuses. Proteins: Tuna Eggs Chicken Steak Ground Turkey Salmon Carbohydrates (Fast and Slow): Brown Rice 100% Whole grain Oats Rice cake (never more than 1 and hardly even that) Buckwheat Apples Bananas Raspberries Blueberries Broccoli Green Beans Veggies Fats: Fish Oil Flax Seed Oil Almonds 100% Natural Peanut butter Try eating like that EVERY single day using those sources and ONLY those sources and tell me you cant get over a plateau that youre stuck at.
