    are there no new students that come in? i could understand that being hte case if you trained with a bunch of purple and brown belts, and youre the only white or something

    nah I was just joking,

    actually only about 2 months, been to about 6 classes (once a week classes for free at my university)

    yeah okay, you wont sub anyone with six classes haha. that makes a lot more sense

    when I first started I didn't sub anybody for a really really long time. I was feeling pretty shitty about it, but just kept going in hopes of coming to class one day and just "getting it". It was actually a much more gradual process but at around the 1 year mark I was feeling like I understood everything so much better.

    It took me quite a while as well. I was so excited when it happened, but thinking back, I dont remember it, heh.

    I subbed a guy in my first class of BJJ. Got him in a headlock and squeezed with everything I had lol

    i guess i was a lucky one or something.. having wrestled like all my life i was able to get rnc's pretty easily when i started

    my first BJJ class I couldn't pass a 98lb, 14 year old girl's guard
