I dont think im getting enough calories. v. thankschool

    so usually i have a...

    breakfast:
    lo carb red jak
    oatmeal cookie or 2 (made with splenda sugar/brown sugar)

    lunch:
    sandwhich (usually turkey) with mustard no cheese.

    snack:
    oatmeal cookie or 1-2 servings of triscuts

    dinner:
    maybe some tuna helper, or pasta w/ boneless, skinless chicken breast (cooked on the george foreman grill)

    that doesnt give me a whole lot of calories. i got to school plus work full time, and the days i dont have school (tuesday & fri) i lift and do a lil cardio (plus sundays too)

    any thoughts?

    cutting i guess. i am trying to loose fat, but i still dont think i am getting enough calories.

    Protein Bars, Whole Grain Brains, Makes your own Protein Cookies, Protein SHakes, Meal Replacement shakes its not that hard

    Try eating most of your carbs at breakfast, then few throghout the rest of the day. If you're working out / doing carido, set your calorie goals for 2200-2500 per day for about 1 pound to 2 pounds of fat loss per week.
